An existing Pittwater waterfront home which had a large sloping block of unused, overgrown bush has been painstakingly converted by DBLS into three new levels of terraces with sandstone retaining walls and mass plantings, creating new entertaining areas and revealing observation points to popular Clareville beach below. The terraces have been positioned to take advantage of the north-western Pittwater aspect. This residence is still under construction with a design by Andrew Coomer of Andrew Coomer + Associates Architects and builder Adam Anderson of AJ Anderson Constructions.
