Designed by award-winning architects Tzannes Associates Architects, DBLS was brought in to transform a key side area of this property which contained an overgrown garden. The new garden area was created by DBLS with mass planting which was installed in rows to complement the new modern structure of the building. Installed and produced by DBLS were the large high-sheen polished black concrete steps, underlit with LED lighting for a dramatic entrance and garden ambience.
