Using the existing sandstone from the base of the demolished, original residence, DBLS re-shaped and re-cut blocks to create a fresh sandstone façade for the first level construction of a new large classic Federation family residence on the north shore. A feature bay window with views onto the garden complemented the stone work of the double garage. Included in the scope of works for DBLS was a 3m x 3m wine cellar in the basement created with double-faced sandstone walls and a wide sawn entry / frame into the first floor.  Extensive front yard landscaping completed these works to create a vibrantly updated family home.
